A: Yes, you need pay the sample cost and accept the shipping fee. Sample will be sent out within 2 days if the items have stock. If the sample need make new mould ,it takes more time.

A: For big order, we will consider give reasonable (2-5%) discounts.
Q4: Can I have my own logo on the jewelry and make our designs?
A: We offer free laser logo for you. Please send me your clear sample picture or design picture, we will check it by our designer.
Q5: How do I inspect the goods?
A: We have strict regulations for the inspection in the factory to meet the best quality. You can inspect by visiting our factory by person, or ask the third party for inspection.
Q6:How to place order?
A:1)stock order: pay 100% via T/T, Western Union, Paypal, we will arrange shipment within 3-7 days.
B:2)Production order: 30%deposit by T/T, Western Union, Paypal. After that, we will arrange the production for you. Balance payment before delivery.
Q7: How long is your delivery time?
A: If there is in stock, the delivery time is about 3-5 days after getting the payment. If no stock, 20-25 days working days after the deposit.
