All items in our store are made to order. Please allow 10-12 business days for production（order processing.

For custom or personalized orders, we will send you email updates at each key stage of the production process.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Options

We provide two shipping methods for U.S. domestic orders:

Economy Shipping

Free for orders over USD 60

USD 15 for orders under USD 60 

Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery Time: The total delivery time is 14-19 business days, including 10-12 business days for order processing and 4-7 business days for shipping.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to local postal services or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can monitor the delivery status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All applicable taxes are included in your shipping cost. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery within the United States.

Important Notes

We cannot ship to PO boxes; please provide a valid street address.

Severe weather, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request:

· - Custom or engraved jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 10 business days), we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

You can also engrave your name on the ring, but please be reminded that rings with your name engraved and jewelry pieces customized for you are unique to you and cannot be returned.
